Friends of Willis Winters Park is proud to announce the winning of The 2024 Preservation Achievement Award for Historic Park or Landscape Restoration Projects for the Restoration of our Historic Pavilion c 1922.
We are grateful for the wonderful work of the Phoenix 1 Team and the City of Dallas Team as we utilized the original blueprints to bring the pavilion back to its historic beauty.
Mission and Values
The Friends of Willis Winters (Randall) Park believes in the power of parks, and we help neighborhoods make the best use of greenspaces and athletic facilities that contribute to the overall health and well-being of Dallas and our community. We will partner with the Parks Department and the community to enhance the unique resource that Willis Winters (Randall) Park represents.

We reach out to our community and offer programs such as gardening , Holliday events and community interaction.
Over the past year, we have sponsored a tree planting , funded our soccer field and pavilion renovation , added a water fountain and we are currently working on funding a fitness trail within our park
